Summary
FITOS is a fitness, nutrition, and health-tracking app. We collect the data you enter (workouts, meals, weight, photos, bloodwork uploads) and the data your connected wearables send us, and we use it to power the coaching, analytics, and progress features inside the app. We do not sell your data. Ever.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, password hash, sign-in method.
- Health & fitness: workouts, sets, macros, hydration, sleep, HRV, recovery, body metrics, progress photos, bloodwork PDFs.
- Wearable device data (Apple Health, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, Polar, Coros) that you explicitly connect.
- Coach interactions and messages you send to the AI coach.
- Payment metadata from Stripe (we never see your card number).
- Basic device and diagnostic telemetry (crash reports, performance).
How we use it
- To generate your personalized plan and adjust macros, training, and recovery.
- To train your AI coach on your history, preferences, and goals.
- To send you the notifications you opted into.
- To bill your subscription and prevent fraud.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not share your bloodwork, body scans, or progress photos with advertisers.
- We do not use your data to train models for anyone else.
Storage & security
Data is stored encrypted at rest, in transit over TLS, and access is scoped to your account. Files (photos, PDFs) live in access-controlled storage buckets that only you can read.
Your rights
- Export: request a copy of your data at any time.
- Delete: permanently delete your account and every associated row and file from Settings → Delete account. This is immediate and irreversible.
- Withdraw consent: disconnect wearables or turn off notifications at any time.
