1. Acceptance
By creating a FITOS account you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
- One person, one account. Don't share logins.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the current period.
- If a payment fails, we retry per Stripe's standard dunning. Access may pause after final failure.
- Refunds are considered case-by-case. Contact support@fitos.app.
- Use Restore purchases on the billing screen if you moved devices or platforms.
4. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hateful content, or illegal content in the community feed.
- No scraping, reverse-engineering, or abusing the API.
- No sharing of medical PII you don't own.
5. Health disclaimer
FITOS is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaching, bloodwork analysis, and recovery recommendations are informational. Always consult a qualified professional. Do not begin, change, or stop a treatment based solely on FITOS output.
6. Your content
You own everything you upload — photos, workouts, notes, videos. You grant FITOS a license only to the extent needed to display, store, back up, and process your content to run the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Liability
FITOS is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app before they take effect.
